Md. Junaeid Khan is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Food Engineering at Dhaka University of Engineering & Technology (DUET), Gazipur, Bangladesh. His academic background includes a B.Sc. and a Master's degree in Food Engineering from The Bangladesh Agricultural University. Currently, he is pursuing his Ph.D. in Biological Engineering at the University of Guelph, Canada, where he is exploring his research interests in pulse processing, and multi-pulse flour formulation. Mr. Khan has received numerous prestigious awards for his outstanding academic and research contributions, including the Barret Family Graduate Scholarship, Canada, and the Japanese Government Scholarship (MEXT Scholarship) in 2022. He is known for his unwavering dedication to teaching, research excellence, and training future food engineers and researchers. Mr. Khan's expertise and passion in the field of food engineering have made him a valuable member of the academic community, and he continues to make significant contributions to the advancement of the field.
